Client Responsibilities

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. However:

• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health treatments
• Weather conditions may affect service scheduling and results

Liability and Insurance

Long Island Tree Co. maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for our services. Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the service agreement.

• We carry general liability insurance
• Workers' compensation coverage for all employees
• Property damage coverage

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may require changes to scheduled services. Our policy includes:

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Flexible rescheduling options
• Weather-related adjustments at no additional cost
• Emergency services available as needed

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
